Sensitivity to a skewed mesh under combined bending/shear

Problem statement

Geometry: Tapered cantilever panel with corners at (0,0), (48,44), (48,60), (0,44); thickness 1 (consistent units).
Material: Plane stress, E = 1, ν = 1/3.
Boundary conditions: Fully clamped along the left edge (x=0); a distributed shear load totaling 1 unit along the right edge (x=48).
Measured quantity: Vertical deflection at the midpoint of the loaded edge (point C, x=48).

Lands with the scripting engine (see Documentation) — this setup will be runnable from commands, no manual rebuild needed.

The solver core is still in development — there's no result yet. It'll appear here right after the first run, no retouching.
