Problem statement
- Geometry
- A family of four conduction problems of increasing complexity — from a simple 1D wall to a 2D plate with mixed boundary conditions.
- Material
- Isotropic thermal conductivity k; heat capacity and density for the transient cases (T3–T4).
- Boundary conditions
- Prescribed temperatures and/or heat fluxes on the boundaries; for the transient cases, an initial temperature and a time profile.
- Measured quantity
- Temperature at reference points (T1–T2) and time to reach steady state (T3–T4).
Script
Lands with the scripting engine (see Documentation) — this setup will be runnable from commands, no manual rebuild needed.
Results comparison
The solver core is still in development — there's no result yet. It'll appear here right after the first run, no retouching.
