- E = 210 GPa, ν = 0.3, thermal expansion α = 2.3×10⁻⁴/°C.
- Boundary conditions
- Symmetry restraints on the coordinate planes; a linear temperature field Δθ = √(x²+z²)+y.
- Measured quantity
- Direct stress σy at point A.
