90° sector of a hemispherical shell, radius 10 m, thickness 0.04 m.
Material
E = 68.25 GPa, ν = 0.3.
Boundary conditions
Symmetry on the cut edges, a point restrained vertically; concentrated loads Fx = +2 kN and Fy = −2 kN 90° apart.
Measured quantity
Radial displacement at the loaded point A.
