Problem statement

Geometry
Use the symmetric-top geometry, inertia and initial conditions from the open Abaqus benchmark.
Material
Constitutive or analytical definition: Analytical Euler-angle solution and energy equation given in the source.
Boundary conditions
Required solver capability: 3d_rotation_and_inertia. Use the loading/path control stated in the setup and preserve the complete response history.
Measured quantity
Compare all three Euler-angle histories with the analytical symmetric-top solution; total energy and vertical angular momentum remain constant.
